New customers
If you’re moving into our area, welcome! Simply fill in this form to create an account with us and set up your payments. Don’t worry if you haven’t decided how you want to pay or you don’t have your payment details to hand, you can do this later when you receive your bill.
Moving within our area
If you’ll be responsible for paying the bill at your new address, you can let us know by filling in this form. We’ll do the rest. We’ll even estimate your meter readings to save you a job.
Closing an account
If you're moving away from the area, or you're no longer responsible for paying the bill, you can let us know by filling in this form. Once we've received it, we’ll estimate your final meter reading based on your past usage and send your final bill to your forwarding address.

We’re making you our priority by offering extra help for those who need it. Our FREE Priority Services Register means we can deliver bottled water if there’s an outage, arrange for a loved one to manage your account, send large print, braille or audio copies of your bill and set up a password so you’ll know it’s us knocking at the door.
