As part of our ongoing commitment to engage directly with our customers and keep them informed about our plans and investments, we recently held a ‘Your Yorkshire Water, Your Say’ online event. This interactive and live event gave us the opportunity to give an update on our improvements and progress, as well as a chance to present the latest version of our plan that we submitted to Ofwat back in August. The session also gave customers the unique opportunity to pose questions about issues that are important to them, covering a range of topics.
