Standing order

You can pay your bill by setting up a standing order with your bank.

These payments should be made to our Head Office Collection account.

Reference: please enter your Customer Reference Number, without spaces, as the payment reference.

Your Customer Reference is the 15 or 16 digit number that appears on the top right of your bill or statement.

Bank transfer

You can pay your bill by bank transfer using your online banking.

These payments should be made to our Head Office Collection account.

Telephone banking

You can pay your bill over the phone with telephone banking.

These payments should be made to our Head Office Collection account.

Cheques

You can pay your bill by cheque at the bank or through the post.

Please make your cheque payable to: Yorkshire Water

On the back: write your Customer Reference Number, so we know who the payment is from.

You can find your customer reference number at the top of your last bill, letter or statement that we sent you. It begins with a 1,2,3,4 or 5 and is a long number.​

How to send your cheque to us

By post: send your cheque with the payment slip to: Yorkshire Water, PO Box 52, Bradford, BD3 7YD.

At the bank: sign and date your payment slip and put it in with your payment or hand it to the cashier.

Payment card at a PayPoint or Post Office with cash or card

You can pay your bill monthly using our payment card at a PayPoint or Post Office. We'll send you a Yorkshire Water payment card which you can use to pay by cash or debit card (some places may charge a fee for using a debit card).

If you would like pay by Yorkshire Water payment card, you can switch to this payment option using our online form.
