How to work with Yorkshire Water

Accredited entities working on Yorkshire Water’s network will need to comply with our policies, addendum to the Generic Code of Practice and any other applicable standards and processes. They will need to sign an agreement with Yorkshire Water.

Yorkshire Water requires 2 days notification of intent to disconnect unless otherwise agreed.

Prior to commencing any works, the Accredited entity must have undertaken an on-boarding meeting with Yorkshire Water. This is to be arranged by the Retailer via wholesaleservicedesk@yorkshirewater.co.uk and will allow Yorkshire Water to agree ways of working with all trading parties.
